| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Příjmy VZP“ se zabývá příjmy z pojistného na veřejné zdravotní pojištění Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny. V úvodní kapitole je popsán princip financování zdravotní péče v ČR a dále je vysvětleno, jak v naší zemi funguje pojistné na veřejné zdravotní pojištění. První analytická část práce se zaměřuje na rozsah redistribuce u příjmů ze zdravotního pojištění, který je zjišťován pomocí efektivních sazeb pojistného, Giniho koeficientů a indexů efektivní progresivity. V druhé analytické části práce je zjišťováno, do jaké míry jsou příjmy VZP ovlivněny sezónností a dále je zkoumána závislost příjmů VZP na počtu pojištěnců dle krajů ČR pomocí regresní analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis "Revenues of VZP" deals with revenues from public health insurance premiums of the General Health Insurance Company. The introductory chapter describes the principle of health care financing in the Czech Republic and further explains how public health insurance premiums work in our country. The first analytical part of the thesis is focused on the extent of redistribution of health insurance revenues, which is determined using effective premium rates, Gini coefficients and indices of effective progressivity. The second analytical part of the thesis examines the extent to which revenues of VZP are affected by seasonality and further analyses the dependence of revenues of VZP on the number of insured persons according to the regions of the Czech Republic using regression analysis. |
