| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sestavení finančního plánu jako podkladu pro ocenění podniku pro společnost Maxi DENTAL s.r.o. V teoretické části je popsaný možný postup při sestavení finančního plánu a jsou detailně rozebrané jeho jednotlivé součásti a kroky nezbytné pro jeho sestavení. Hlavním cílem praktické části bylo sestavení finančního plánu s výhledem na následující roky včetně jeho součástí a identifikace možných rizik. Výsledkem této práce bylo vyčíslení očekávaných finančních výsledků včetně výpočtu poměrových ukazatelů, které prokázaly životaschopnost tohoto plánu s cílem zvýšení hodnoty firmy. |

| Abstract: | The subject matter in this thesis was the drawing up of the financial plan as a foundation for valuation for the company Maxi DENTAL s.r.o. In the theoretical part there is the description of a possible way of compilement of the financial plan in an outlook for years to come, inclusive of its individual parts and steps for its completion. The main objective of the practical part was the formation of the financial plan in the prospect of following years, including its components and the identification of likely risks. The outcome of this thesis was the calculation of anticipated financial results and financial ratios, which ascertained the vitality of this plan in its aim to increase the firm value. |
