| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu českého profesionálního klubu FK Pardubice, a.s. Fotbalové prostředí se často potýká s finančními potížemi. Zadlužování se týká mnoha fotbalových klubů. Finanční zdraví jednotlivých klubů je tedy jedním z klíčů přežití v tomto prostředí. Samotná práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se zaměřím na teoretické vysvětlení jednotlivých prvků finanční analýzy a ocenění hráčů. Tyto dílčí kroky zde budou popsány a následně využity v části druhé. Druhá část již bude analytická a provedu v ní samotnou finanční analýzu FK Pardubice a.s. pomocí jednotlivých nástrojů. Poté ocením hráče a pokusím se zjistit hodnotu, kterou by za ně klub mohl potenciálně inkasovat. Zjištěné výsledky analýzy budou následně porovnány s přímou konkurencí. Tímto porovnáním zjistím pozici, ve které se FK Pardubice nachází, a zda má schopnost být i do budoucna konkurenceschopný. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the Czech professional club FK Pardubice, a.s. The football environment often involves financial difficulties. Indebtedness affects many football clubs. The financial health of individual clubs is therefore one of the keys to survival. The work itself is divided into two parts. In the first part I will focus on theoretical explanations of individual elements of financial analysis and player valuation. These individual steps will be described and subsequently used in the second part. The second part will be analytical and will carry out the financial analysis of FK Pardubice a.s. by using individual tools. Then I will evaluate the players and try to find out the value that the club could potentially earn by selling them. Final results will be compared with direct competition. By this comparison, I will find out the position in which FK Pardubice is and whether it has the ability to be competitive in the future. |
