| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pozicí veřejných zakázek v rámci vnitřního trhu Evropské unie a jejich přeshraničním zadávání mezi členskými státy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na analýzu právních dokumentů upravujících veřejné zakázky na unijní úrovni, důvody jednotné unijní regulace a vývojem české vnitrostátní úpravy pod vlivem té unijní. Praktická část se zabývá objemem přeshraničních veřejných zakázek a faktory, které jej ovlivňují. Je vytvořena regresní analýza faktorů, které ovlivňují zapojení dodavatelů do přeshraničních veřejných zakázek. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the position of public procurement within the internal market of the European Union and its cross-border procurement between Member States. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of legal documents regulating public procurement at the EU level, the reasons for integrated EU regulation and the development of Czech regulation under the influence of the European one. The practical part deals with the volume of cross-border public procurement and the factors influencing it. A regression analysis of the factors influencing the involvement of suppliers in cross-border public procurement is carried out. |
