| Abstract: | Tato práce se dělí na dvě části. Cílem první části je představení aktuálního prostředí stomatologie a způsobu odměňování, definice kalkulace minutové sazby a změna cen stomatologických výkonů v roce 2022 oproti počátku roku 2020 před koronavirovou pandemií. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení finanční analýzy a jejích ukazatelů a dále na jejich okamžité uplatnění pro finanční analýzu zdravotnické společnosti CARE MEDICO, s. r.o. Výsledky této práce v první části bylo zjištění nerovnoměrného rozmístění zubních lékařů v Česku a nedostatečné navýšení cen stomatologických výkonů. Ve druhé části práce jsem definoval jednotlivé ukazatele, zjistil stabilní fungování zdravotnické společnosti CARE MEDICO, s.r.o. a její značně lepší postavení na trhu oproti konkurenci. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is divided into two parts. The aim of the first part is to present the current environment in stomatology. Defining the calculation of the minute rate and the change in the prices of dental procedures in 2022 with the year 2020 before the Coronavirus pandemic. The second part is focused on the explanation of financial analysis and its indicators and their immediate application for the financial analysis of the healthcare company CARE MEDICO, s.r.o. The results of the first part were the realizing of uneven distribution of dentists in the Czech Republic and insufficient increase in the price of dental procedures. In the second part I was defining the individual indicators and find out that the medical company CARE MEDICO, s.r.o. is stably functioning and has significantly better position on the market compared to the competition. |
