| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je finanční gramotnost. Cílem práce je za pomoci dotazníkového šetření provést zhodnocení její úrovně u zaměstnanců. Diplomová práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na problematiku finančního vzdělávání, definovány jsou stěžejní pojmy a nastíněny předpoklady, které by měl finančně gramotný člověk splňovat. První část práce přibližuje finanční vzdělávání, popisuje jeho vývoj v České republice a osvětluje důležitost či potřebu zvyšování finanční gramotnosti. Nedílnou součást představuje finanční plán a rozpočet. Ve druhé části práce je na základě uskutečněného šetření provedena analýza úrovně finanční gramotnosti aktivně pracujících. Průzkum by měl poukázat na případné nedostatky ve znalostech a chování zaměstnanců a určit, zda je míra finanční gramotnosti dostatečná pro zodpovědnou správu a řízení financí. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the diploma thesis is financial literacy. The aim of the work is evaluation of the level of employees supported by a questionnaire survey. The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the issue of financial education and defines the key concepts. The assumptions, which should be met by a financially literate person, are outlined in the thesis as well. The first part of the thesis describes financial education, its development in the Czech Republic and sheds light on the importance and need to increase a financial literacy. The financial plan and budget are integrated into. Based on the survey results, an analysis of the level of financial literacy of active workers is performed in the second part of the work. The survey should identify possible gaps in staff knowledge and behaviour, it should also determine whether the level of financial literacy is sufficient for responsible financial management. |
