| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí externí finanční analýzy zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti Stavebniny DEK, a.s. Bakalářská práce kombinuje teorii s praktickým zpracováním finanční analýzy. Minulý vývoj společnosti je hodnocen od roku 2016 do roku 2020 pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy a poměrových ukazatelů. V rámci poměrových ukazatelů a některých částí horizontální a vertikální analýzy je společnost srovnávána s výsledky konkurentů PRO-DOMA, SE, IZOMAT stavebniny s. r. o. a STAVMAT STAVEBNINY a.s. Součástí práce je také vývoj trhu stavební produkce v České republice. V závěru práce je ověřena bonita společnosti, spočítán bankrotní model, sestavena SWOT analýza a predikován budoucí vývoj společnosti Stavebniny DEK, a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of Stavebniny DEK, a.s. The bachelor thesis combines theory with practical processing of financial analysis. The past development of the company is evaluated from 2016 to 2020 using horizontal and vertical analysis and ratios. Within the ratios and some parts of the horizontal and vertical analysis, the company is compared to the results of its competitors PRO-DOMA, SE, IZOMAT stavebniny s. r. o. and STAVMAT STAVEBNINY a.s. Part of the work is also the development of the construction production market in the Czech Republic. At the end of the work, the creditworthiness of the company is verified, the bankruptcy model is calculated, SWOT analysis is compiled and the future development of Stavebniny DEK, a.s. is predicted. |
