| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem sdílené ekonomiky, crowdfundingu a zejména P2P trhu. Charakterizuje způsob fungování P2P platforem se zaměřením na úvěrové platformy. V práci jsou vymezeny konkrétní obchodní modely, způsoby fungování platforem, vybrané P2P úvěrové platformy a jejich produkty. Analýza je zaměřena zejména na objemy poskytnutých finančních prostředků přes P2P platformy v různých světových regionech. Práce také pojednává o regulatorním prostředí ve vybraných zemích s analýzou dopadů různých způsobů regulace. V jedné z posledních částí jsou formulována vybraná rizika spojená s P2P platformami a možnosti jejich řešení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the phenomenon of sharing economy, crowdfunding and P2P market in particular. It characterizes the way of functioning of P2P platforms with a focus on credit platforms. The thesis defines specific business models, how platforms operate, selected P2P lending platforms and their products. The analysis focuses in particular on the volumes of funds provided through P2P platforms in different world regions. The thesis also discusses the regulatory environment in the selected countries with an analysis of the impact of the different modes of regulation. In one of the last sections, selected risks associated with P2P platforms and options for addressing them are formulated. |
