| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Extrakce informací z datových vizualizací – eye-trackingový experiment. Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení analýzy schopností uživatelů datových vizualizací získávat informace v kontextu zavádějících datových vizualizací. Práce nejprve podává formou literární rešerše ucelenou informaci o dosavadním věděním v této oblasti. Jsou zde vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy a je provedena analýza primárních akademických zdrojů, které vymezují mantinely pro praktickou část práce. Následná metodická část práce obsahuje definici výzkumných otázek a zvoleného výzkumného vzorku. V praktické části jsou představeny výsledky výzkumného šetření a je nastíněn prostor pro další výzkumy v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on topic Extracting information from data visualization - eye-tracking experiment. The aim of this thesis is to conduct analysis of user’s ability to extract information from data visualization in terms of misleading data visualization. At the beginning there is performed a literary research in order to summarize current knowledge of the topic. In this part of the thesis there are explained individual concepts and there is performed analysis of primary academic sources that define the scope for practical part of the work. Following methodological part of the work contains the definition of research questions and research sample. The practical part presents the results of the research and outlines follow-up researches in this field. |
