| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo provedení finanční a strategické analýzy společnosti „TRANSENERGY s.r.o.“ v období 2015–2019. Analýza byla provedena na základě zdrojů dostupných na webových stránkách obchodního rejstříku a informací poskytnutých vedením společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do dvou části na metodickou a praktickou, kde jsou po teoretické interpretaci, hodnoty ukazatelů vypočteny a podrobné okomentovány. Všechny ukazatele finanční analýzy byly porovnány s ukazateli nejvýznamnějších konkurentů. Část finanční analýzy bude zaměřena na horizontální a vertikální analýzu rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty společnosti „TRANSENERGY, s.r.o., poměrové ukazatele a bankrotní a bonitní modely. Strategická analýza společnosti se zaměří na analýzu prostředí společnosti, kde po identifikaci hlavních faktorů ovlivňujících naši společnost budou navržena doporučení do budoucna. Závěrečná část práce byla věnována předpokladu budoucího finančního plánu pro roky 2021 a 2022 kde na základě osobních poznatků a výsledku analýz byla popsaná doporučení pro další vývoj společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the master thesis was to perform a financial and strategic analysis of the company "TRANSENERGY s.r.o." in the period 2015–2019. The analysis was performed on the basis of sources available on the Commercial Register website and information provided by the management of the company. My master thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical, where, after theoretical interpretation, the values of indicators are calculated and commented in detail. All indicators of the financial analysis were compared with the indicators of the most important competitors. Part of the financial analysis will focus on the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the company "TRANSENERGY, s.r.o., ratios, bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. The strategic analysis of the company will focus on the analysis of the company's environment, where, after identifying the main factors influencing our company, recommendations for the future will be proposed. The final part of the work was devoted to the assumption of the future financial plan for the years 2021 and 2022 where, based on personal knowledge and the results of analyzes, recommendations for the further development of the company were described. |
