| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou plynovodu Nord Stream 2, kterou autorka zkoumá prostřednictvím analýzy diskurzu poslanců německého Spolkovém sněmu. Výchozí koncept tvoří teorie sekuritizace, jež slouží jako základ pro identifikaci a posouzení nejčastěji zmiňovaných hrozeb, jež bývají s projektem NS 2 v politických debatách asociovány. Úvodní část práce shrnuje německou energetickou strategii a kontext výstavby plynovodu, přičemž pozornost je věnována zejména kontroverzním otázkám, na nichž mezi německými politickými stranami nepanuje shoda. Cílem praktické části je pak vysledovat, na základě jakých argumentů jednotlivé politické strany projekt NS 2 sekuritizují případně desekuritizují, a jaká argumentační linie se u zkoumaných politických subjektů nejčastěji objevuje. Součást práce tvoří v neposlední řadě analýza předvolebních programů k německým volbám do Spolkového sněmu ze září 2021, s cílem zjistit, jak významnou roli téma v předvolebních kampaních hrálo, a do jaké míry bylo politizováno. Práce přichází s rozdělením jednotlivých argumentačně-obsahových dimenzí na politickou, energeticko-ekonomickou a environmentální, přičemž jejich zastoupení je u každé zkoumané politické strany procentuálně vymezeno. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, which the author examines through an analysis of the discourse of members of the German Bundestag. The initial concept is the theory of securitization, which serves as a basis for identifying and assessing the most frequently mentioned threats that are associated with the NS 2 project in political debates. The introductory part of the thesis summarizes the German energy strategy and the context of the pipeline construction, paying particular attention to controversial issues on which there is no consensus among German political parties. The aim of the practical part is to trace the arguments on which the various political parties securitize or desecuritize the NS 2 project and which line of argumentation is most frequently used by the political actors under investigation. Last but not least, the thesis includes an analysis of the election programs for the German Bundestag elections of September 2021, in order to determine how prominently the issue played a role in the election campaigns and to what extent it was politicized. The thesis divides the different argument-content dimensions into political, energy-economic, and environmental, with their representation defined in percentage terms for each political party examined. |
