| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na české migranty žijící a pracující v Německu. Teoretická část je shrnuta ve třech kapitolách. Autorka zde zmiňuje teorie migrace a porovnává Českou republiku s Německem z hlediska ekonomického, sociálního, tak i kulturního. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány vlastnímu výzkumu na základě kvantitativního a kvalitativního šetření. Důraz je hlavně kladen na příčiny migrace, tak i na následnou adaptaci českých migrantů. Cílem práce je přispět k hlubšímu poznání aktuální situace českých migrantů v Německu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with Czech migrants living and working in Germany. The theoretical part is summarized in three chapters. The author mentions migration theories and compares the Czech Republic with Germany in terms of economic, social, and cultural. The following chapters are devoted to the research based on quantitative and qualitative data. Emphasis is mainly placed on the causes of migration and the subsequent adaptation of Czech migrants. This work aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the current situation of Czech migrants in Germany. |
