| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je na téma Řízení pracovního kapitálu v malo- a velkoobchodu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zdali se mikropodniky v odvětví malo- a velkoobchodu zabývají řízením pracovního kapitálu. Součástí cíle je zhodnotit, dochází-li k vývoji a změně čistého pracovního kapitálu v odvětví v určitém časovém horizontu. V práci je sledováno, zda se podniky zabývají řízením pracovního kapitálu a zjišťují se důvody v případě, že se řízením nezabývají. Jsou analyzovány jednotlivé složky oběžných aktiv, na základě, kterých se vypočte hodnota čistého pracovního kapitálu. Vypočtený ukazatel se použije k určení způsobu financování podniků. Na závěr je odpovězeno na výzkumné otázky. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with working capital management in retail and wholesale. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether micro-enterprises in the field of retail and wholesale are engaged in working capital management. Part of the aim is to evaluate whether there is a development and change in net working capital in the sector within a certain time horizon. The thesis monitors whether companies are engaged in working capital management and finds out reason in case they do not deal with management. The individual components of current assets are analysed, on the basis of which the value of net working capital is calculated. The calculated indicator is used to determine the way of financing companies. In conclusion, research questions are answered. |
