| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Vyhodnocení podmínek pro tělesně handicapované ve vybraných hotelech v Praze se věnuje ohodnocení a zjištění současného stavu bezbariérového ubytování ve tříhvězdičkových hotelech na Praze 1. V úvodu jsou představeny základní pojmy, dále se práce věnuje rešerši současné literatury na toto téma a následně jsou představena kritéria bezbariérového ubytování v ČR. Praktická část se věnuje nejprve popisu vývoje bezbariérového ubytování v Praze a srovnání stavu s jinými světovými metropolemi. Pak už se práce věnuje vybraným hotelům. Podle Booking.com jsou hodnocené hotely rozděleny podle toho zda se prezentují jako bezbariérové či nikoliv. Ty, co se tak neprezentují jsou osloveny s otázkou, zda bezbariérové ubytování poskytují. Ty, co se jako bezbariérové prezentují jsou pak hodnoceny důkladněji podle daných kritérií. Hotely jsou opět osloveny emailem a telefonicky s dotazy na konkrétní prvky bezbariérovosti. Na základě tohoto je pak vysledován počet bezbariérových pokojů a nejčastější bariéry, které v hotelech ještě přetrvávají. Nakonec jsou vyčísleny potenciální tržby, které z bezbariérových úprav plynou. |

| Abstract: | The diploma theses Evaluation of conditions for physically disabled in chosen accommodations in Prague is dedicated to evaluation of the current state of the barrier-free accommodation in three-stars hotels in Prague 1. First part of the paper is dedicated to introduction of the most important terms in this field and literature review on the most recent issues. Theoretical part of the paper also introduces criteria for accessible accomodation in the Czech Republic. Practical part then describes the development of barrier-free accommodation facilities in Prague and compares it to the situation in other capital cities in the world. Following part of the paper comments on the situation in chosen hotels in Prague 1. Based on the search on Booking.com the hotels are divided into two groups. First group are hotels not providing any information on accessibility. These are asked by email if they are providing accessible accomodation or not. The other group are hotels promoting themselves as barrier free. This group is asked by email and phone on the specifics of their barrier free accomodation. Based on the information from hotels the paper calculates the total number of barrier free rooms and also summarises the biggest prevailing barriers these hotels still have to face. Lastly the paper calculates possible revenues from providing accessible accomodation. |
