| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komunikaci České jezdecké federace během koronavirové krize, která byla často kritizována jejími členy. Cílem práce je identifikovat chyby v komunikaci České jezdecké federace (ČJF) v průběhu koronavirové krize a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace mezi federací a jejími členy. Výzkumná část práce se zaměřuje na kvalitativní výzkum publikovaných článků, které se týkají České jezdecké federace v době koronavirové krize pomocí obsahové analýzy s otevřeným kódováním. Další části výzkumu jsou tvořeny rozhovory s různými stakeholdery ČJF, aby byl zjištěn komplexní obraz situace. Z výsledků vyplývá, že komunikace České jezdecké federace nebyla na tak špatné úrovni, jak ji někteří členové vnímali. Výstupem jsou doporučení, jak zlepšit komunikaci nejen se členy, ale též uvnitř federace. Tato doporučení jsou přínosem pro nově zvolené vedení federace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the communication of the Czech Equestrian Federation during the coronavirus crisis, which had been often criticised by its members. The aim of the thesis is to identify mistakes in communication of the Czech Equestrian Federation (ČJF) during the coronavirus crisis and give recommendations for improving the communication between the Federation and its members. The research part of the thesis is focused on qualitative research of published articles regarding the Czech Equestrian Federation during the coronavirus crisis using the open-coding content analysis. Other parts of the research consist of interviews with different ČJF stakeholders in order to determine a comprehensive picture of the situation. The results show that the communication of the Czech Equestrian Federation had not been on such a low level as perceived by some of its members. The outcome is recommendations on how to improve communication not only with members but also within the Federation. These recommendations are of benefit to the newly elected management of the Federation. |
