| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o alternativních trestech v rámci českého právního systému, které nahrazují nepodmíněný trest odnětí svobody. Práce nejdříve vymezuje základní pojmy související s danou problematikou a představuje principy restorativní justice. Dále se věnuje vývoji alternativních trestů a následně popisuje podstatu těchto jednotlivých druhů trestů. Více podrobně se zabývá trestem domácího vězení, který rozebírá po teoretické stránce a také po stránce praktické. Praktická část je věnována vývoji a kontrolním mechanismům tohoto trestu. V závěru se zaměřuje především na hypotetickou úsporu nákladů vynaložených na osoby s nepodmíněným trestem odnětí svobody za předpokladu neuložení alternativního trestu. |

| Abstract: | The main subject of this bachelor thesis is an alternative penalties within the Czech legal system. These penalties substitute an unconditional imprisonment. At the beginning are defined a basic terms related to the alternative penalties and principles of restorative judiciary. The thesis continues with an introduction of alternative penalty options. This part also contains a meaning of these types of restrictions. The main focus is aimed at a theory of house arrestment including a practical example. The practical example follows a development and controlling mechanisms of house arrestment. As a conclusion the thesis determines a hypothetical saving of financial resources in case of using the alternative penalties instead of unconditional imprisonment. |
