| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou fungování rodinné likérky Žihadlo a následným určením vhodné budoucí strategie. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá současnými pojetími strategie a volbou vhodných metod pro analýzu oborového a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu českého trhu, konkrétních částí podnikání a vlastní marketingový výzkum provedený metodou PAPI. Na základě analýzy byla vypracována analýza SWOT, ze které vyplynuly silné a slabé stránky podniku. Závěr obsahuje doporučení ohledně způsobů řešení nalezených problémů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the functioning of the family liqueur Žihadlo and the subsequent determination of a suitable future strategy. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with current concepts of strategy and the choice of appropriate methods for analyzing the industry and internal environment of the company. The practical part contains an analysis of the Czech market, specific parts of business and own marketing research conducted by the PAPI method. Based on the analysis, a SWOT analysis was prepared, which revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The conclusion contains recommendations on ways to solve the problems found. |
