| Abstract: | Středem pozornosti této bakalářské práce jsou obchodní podmínky z pohledu práva mezinárodního obchodu. První část se zabývá samotnou definicí obchodních podmínek a jejich právní úpravou v České republice. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podrobné vymezení vybraných právních úprav obchodních podmínek a dále se zabývá odlišnostmi mezi jednotlivými právními úpravami používaných při mezinárodních transakcí. Nezbytnou součástí této bakalářské práce je taktéž problematika kolize obchodních podmínek a jejich následné řešení. |

| Abstract: | The focus of this bachelor thesis is on standard terms of trade from the perspective of International Trade Law. The first part deals with the definition of standard terms and their legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis focuses on a detailed definition of selected legal regulations of standard terms and conditions and further examines the differences between the various legal regulations used in international transactions. An essential part of this bachelor thesis is also the issue of conflicts of standard terms and their subsequent resolution. |
