| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o ochraně osobnosti ve vztahu k fotografii. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak je fotograf omezen při fotografování osob v rámci zákonů platných v České republice a v jakých situacích může dojít k porušení ochrany osobnosti fotografované osoby. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části autorka představuje dva fotografické žánry a vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se osobnosti člověka. Další kapitola bakalářské práce se zabývá právním rámcem pro pořizování a zveřejňování fotografií. Dále následuje kapitola věnovaná etickým kodexům, kterými se fotografové musí v rámci jejich organizace řídit. Pomocí praktické části autorka nahlíží do praxe profesionálních reportážních fotografů. Také zjišťuje, jak se respondenti v teorii ochrany osobnosti fotografovaných osob orientují. Praktická část je vytvořena pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the protection of personality in relation to photography. The aim of this thesis is to find out how a photographer is limited when taking photographs of people within the framework of the laws in force in the Czech Republic and in which situations the personality protection of the photographed person may be violated. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the author introduces two photographic genres and explains the basic concepts related to human personality. The next chapter of the thesis deals with the legal framework for taking and publishing photographs. This is followed by a chapter dedicated to the codes of ethics that photographers must follow within their organization. With the help of a practical section, the author looks into the practice of professional reportage photographers. It also finds out how the respondents are oriented in the theory of protection of the personality of the persons photographed. The practical part is developed through qualitative research. |
