| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o sdílených elektrických koloběžkách jako alternativním druhu dopravy v kontextu zhodnocení stavu infrastruktury na území hlavního města Prahy. Cílem práce je analyzovat stav pražské infrastruktury v kontextu její připravenosti, resp. nepřipravenosti pojmout sdílené elektrické koloběžky a zároveň poskytnout návrh ověřeného řešení veřejného prostoru (chodníků a silnic) pro efektivní provoz tohoto alternativního druhu dopravy, a to úhlem dvou pohledů, a sice pohledem pravidelných uživatelů služeb a pohledem veřejnosti, u níž chybí pravidelné zkušenosti se sdílenými elektrickými koloběžkami v Praze. Ve vztahu k cíli práce je rovněž diskutováno, jakou roli by sdílené elektrické koloběžky měly v ulicích Prahy zastávat. Teoretická rovina práce je zastoupena objasněním samotného konceptu sdílené mikromobility, resp. služeb sdílených e-koloběžek ve smyslu jejich výhod, nevýhod, motivů či bariér pro jejich osvojení veřejností a aktuální regulace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is based on the service of shared electric scooters as an alternative mode of transport in the context of assessing the Prague infrastructure. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the infrastructure of Prague in the context of its readiness, respectively unreadiness to accommodate shared electric scooters while providing a proposal of proven public space solution (sidewalks and roads) for the efficient operation of this alternative mode of transport. The Prague infrastructure is analyzed from the perspective of both regular users of shared electric scooter services and public, which lacks regular experience with shared electric scooters in Prague. Moreover, the role that scooters should play in the streets of Prague is discussed as well. The theoretical level of the work includes definition of shared micromobility, respectively definition of shared e-scooters in terms of their advantages, disadvantages, motives or barriers to their adoption and current regulation. |
