| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy nekalé soutěže v Česku a ve Švýcarsku. V rámci toho se věnuje vývoji a zasazení úprav nekalé soutěže do právních řádů obou států. Především se práce zaměřuje na zásadní aspekty regulace nekalé soutěže jako jsou generální klauzule a zejména zvláštní skutkové podstaty. Dané aspekty jsou podrobeny vzájemnému porovnání s cílem určení významných podobností a odlišností uvedených právních úprav obou států. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis concentrates on the topic of unfair competition law in the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Part of the thesis focuses on the development and legal basis of unfair competition regulations of both countries. Furthermore, it focuses on the substantial aspects of unfair competition law, such as general clauses and particularly special statutes. These aspects are being compared in order to determine the significant similarities and differences between the regulations of the two countries. |
