| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit mnou vyhotovený záměr na založení espresso baru. Klíčovým nástrojem pro splnění stanoveného cíle je poté vypracování kvalitního podnikatelského plánu. V první části práce budou zmíněny veškeré všeobecné a vedlejší podmínky, které musí splňovat žadatel o živnostenské oprávnění. Dále bude tvořena hygienickými nároky, které jsou vyžadovány k otevření a provozu podniku v oblasti gastronomie. Samotný podnikatelský plán bude tvořit stěžejní část této práce. Tento plán se bude sestávat ze základního popisu podniku a podnikatelské příležitosti, marketingového plánu a v neposlední řadě také plánu finančního, ve kterém bude také navíc zmíněna a analyzována alternativa k živnostenskému podnikání. V samotném závěru práce bude shrnut celý průběh podnikatelského plánu a zároveň určeno, zdali bude finančně výhodné založení espresso baru nebo bude využito zmíněné alternativy. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate my intention to establish an espresso bar. The critical tool for meeting the set aim is the creation of a quality business plan. The first part of the thesis mention all the general and secondary conditions that must be met by the applicant for a trade license. It also consists of hygienic requirements essential to open and operate a business in the field of gastronomy. The business plan itself will form a key part of this work. This plan will consist of a basic description of the company and business opportunity, a marketing plan and, last but not least, a financial plan, which will also mention and analyse an alternative to trade business. At the very end of the work, the whole business plan will be summarized and at the same time, it will be determined whether the establishment of an espresso bar will be financially advantageous or the mentioned alternative will be used. |
