| Abstract: | Spojené státy se v rámci války proti terorismu v Afghánistánu a Iráku spoléhaly zejména na soukromé vojenské a bezpečností společnosti. Velká část pozornosti v této práci bude kladena zejména na tyto soukromé společnosti (PMSC), jejichž činnost je důsledkem mnoha významných incidentů, v nichž byli zaměstnanci vojenských a bezpečnostních služeb obviněni z použití nadměrné síly, střelby na civilisty, necitlivosti vůči místním zvyklostem nebo jinak se chovat nevhodně. Cílem této práce je zmapovat kritické momenty PMSC během působení ve válečných zónách v Afghánistánu a Iráku. |

| Abstract: | The United States relied heavily on private military and security companies in the war on terror in Afghanistan and Iraq. Much attention in this work will be paid in particular to these private companies (PMSCs), whose activities are the result of many significant incidents in which military and security personnel have been accused of using excessive force, shooting at civilians, insensitivity to local customs or otherwise behave inappropriately. The aim of this work is to map the critical moments of the PMSC during its operation in the war zones in Afghanistan and Iraq. |
