| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je role soukromých aktérů v mezinárodní environmentální správě moří a oceánů. Cílem je zhodnotit, jakým způsobem přispívají soukromí aktéři do této správy. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první teoretické kapitole jsou popsány proměny aktérů v globální environmentální správě moří a oceánů. Dále je vysvětlen pojem „soukromá autorita“ a jsou zde obecně popsány činnosti soukromých aktérů. Druhou a třetí část tvoří empirické kapitoly s konkrétními přínosy aktérů. V obou budou jejich činnosti spjaty s cílem udržitelného rozvoje 14, který je součástí Agendy 2030 pro udržitelný rozvoj. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na tzv. hlavní skupiny, které přinesly přínosy v rámci Politického fóra na vysoké úrovni. Třetí kapitola se věnuje vybraným aktérům a analýze jejich závazků, které přijali na Konferenci o oceánu. Provedený výzkum odhalil, že se počet aktérů ve správě oproti předešlému konceptu státu jako výlučného aktéra značně rozrostl a činnosti soukromých aktérů se dostávají do popředí. Závěrem bylo shrnuto, že pro komplexní řešení v této oblasti bude třeba rozvíjet tyto činnosti a další formy spolupráce mezi těmito aktéry. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the role of private actors in international environmental governance of the seas and oceans. The aim is to assess how private actors contribute to this governance. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first theoretical chapter describes the transformation of actors in global environmental governance of the seas and oceans. Next, the concept of private authority is explained and the activities of private actors are described in general terms. The second and third sections are empirical chapters with specific contributions of actors. In both, their activities will be linked to SDG 14, which is part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The second chapter will focus on the so-called Major Groups that have made contributions in the High-Level Political Forum. The third chapter focuses on selected actors and an analysis of their commitments made at the Ocean Conference. The research conducted reveals that the number of actors in governance has grown considerably compared to the previous concept of the state as the exclusive actor, with the activities of private actors coming to the fore. In conclusion, it was summarized that in order to provide a comprehensive solution in this area of governance, it will be necessary to develop these activities and other forms of cooperation between these actors. |
