| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je představit charakteristiku ochrany spotřebitele, jaká je její pozice v Evropské unii, a jak je rozvíjena v jednotlivých členských státech EU. Dílčími cíli je pak nejen vymezit základní pojmy v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele, ale také zjistit, jak se ochrana spotřebitele vyvíjela v průběhu minulých desetiletí v Evropské unii. Důležitým dílčím cílem je také srovnání úrovně ochrany spotřebitele v jednotlivých politikách Evropské unie. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to present the characteristics of consumer protection and analyze its position in the European Union and how it is developed in individual EU member states. The partial goals are not only to define the basic concepts in the field of consumer protection but also to find out how consumer protection has developed over the past decades in the European Union. An important sub-objective is also to compare the level of consumer protection in individual European Union policies. |
