| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu interních komunikačních procesů firmy Hiko sport s.r.o. s cílem podat doporučení na jejich optimalizaci. V teoretických východiscích práce je definováno rodinné podnikání, podnikové procesy, ERP systém, server, koncept změny, komunikace, porady, hodnot a strategie. Praktická část práce zahrnuje charakteristiku zkoumané firmy a z největší části je tvořena vlastním výzkumem. Ten se skládá z dotazníkového šetření a konzultací s managementem firmy. Dále práce obsahuje vyhodnocení výzkumu a z něj se odvíjející návrhy a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The main focus of this bachelor thesis is on analysis of internal communication processes of a company Hiko s.r.o. and suggestions for optimalization of these processes. In the theoretical part of this thesis following terms and concepts are defined: family business, business process, ERP, server, concept of change, meetings, values, and strategy. The practical part involves characteristics of the company and mainly it focuses on the survey and interviews with management of the company. These two data sources are analysed and suggestions for future improvement are carried out in the last chapter.
