| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje řízení nákladů ve specializované stavební firmě, jejíž hlavní činností je výstavba bytových a nebytových srubových a roubených domů pro koncové zákazníky i podnikatelské subjekty dle jejich individuálních požadavků a představ. Cílem práce je vytvoření efektivního kalkulačního systému, který ve firmě chybí a navržení účinných opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení efektivnosti v oblasti řízení nákladů a prezentace dopadů jejich implementace. V literární rešerši jsou kalkulace představeny v obecné rovině a poté jsou diskutovány v souvislosti s vybraným podnikem. V aplikační části práce je firma představena především z hlediska struktury nákladů a její činnosti a dále jsou aplikovány jednotlivé metody kalkulace, které berou v potaz specifika dané stavební společnosti a vyústí v kalkulační systém, který bude ve firmě implementován. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with cost management in a specialized construction company, which main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential log and timber houses for end customers and businesses partners according to their individual requirements and ideas. The aim of the work is to create an effective calculation system, which is missing in the company now and to design effective measures that will lead to increased efficiency in the field of cost management and presentation of the impacts of their implementation. In the literature search, the calculations are presented in general and then discussed in connection with the selected company. In the application part of the work, the company is introduced mainly in terms of cost structure and its activities, and individual calculation methods are applied, which take into account the specifics of the construction company and result in a calculation system that will be implemented in the company. |
