| Abstract: | Má diplomová práce nazvaná "Právní otázky užití fotografie jako autorského díla v praxi" se zabývá problematikou užívání fotografií. Rozebírá všechny jednotlivé způsoby užití fotografií, kde se věnuje zejména licenční smlouvě, smlouvě o dílo a zákonným výjimkám. Pojednává také o ochraně fotografií a možnostech obrany při případném zneužití fotografií. Předností práce je její úzká navázanost na profesionální praxi. Cílem je zjistit, jaká je situace v praxi v oblasti užívání a ochrany fotografií v roce 2022, zda-li a případně jak moc se realita liší od platné právní úpravy a v návaznosti na to zhodnotit stav platné legislativy v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | My master's thesis entitled as "Legal aspects of using photographs as copyrighted work in professional experience" deals with the issues of using photographs. It analyses all individual ways of using photographs, while it is focused mainly on the license agreement, the contract for work and legal exceptions. It also discusses the protection of photographs and the possibilities of defense in case that photographer's copyright is affected. Advantage of this thesis is its close connection to professional experience. The objective of this thesis is to find out what is the situation in professional experience in cases of using and protecting of photographs in 2022, eventually how far is the reality from current legislation and then to evaluate the state of current legislation in this regards. |
