| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dopady pandemie Covid-19 na švýcarský trh práce. Primárním cílem práce je vyhodnotit, zda zavedená podpůrná opatření ze strany švýcarské vlády byla z hlediska udržitelnosti stability trhu práce ve svém důsledku efektivní, či nikoliv. Sekundárním cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat, kvantifikovat a na základě provedené analýzy vyhodnotit ekonomický dopad pandemie COVID-19 na strukturu švýcarského trhu práce. K naplnění zvolených cílů práce a jejich následného zhodnocení je použito několik metodologických postupů, jako je analýza, pozorování a vyhodnocování ekonomických dopadů, včetně indukce a dedukce z dostupných zdrojů informací. Data a informační zdroje jsou čerpány z oficiálních vládních statistik, informačních portálů a údajů publikovaných švýcarskými vládními institucemi. Práce je datově založena na ekonomické databázi Světové banky, každoročních průzkumech OECD, statistickém portálu Statista a dalších. Z výsledků analýzy vyplývá, že byla zasažena zejména činnost podniků, které byly postiženy omezovacími protiepidemickými opatřeními v největší míře a které vyžadovaly úzký nebo přímý kontakt se spotřebiteli. Na základě vyhodnocení zavedených podpůrných opatření lze konstatovat, že zavedená podpůrná opatření byla v boji proti pandemii COVID-19 efektivní. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Swiss labour market. The primary objective of the thesis is to evaluate whether or not the support measures introduced by the Swiss government have been effective in terms of the sustainability of labour market stability as a result. The secondary objective of the thesis is to identify, quantify and evaluate the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the structure of the Swiss labour market based on the analysis carried out. Several methodological approaches such as analysis, observation and evaluation of economic impacts, including induction and deduction from available sources of information, are used to meet the chosen objectives of the thesis and their subsequent evaluation. Data and information sources are drawn from official government statistics, information portals and data published by Swiss government institutions. The work is data-driven based on the World Bank's economic database, annual OECD surveys, the Statista statistical portal and others. The results of the analysis show that the activities of businesses that were most affected by the restrictive anti-epidemic measures and that required close or direct contact with consumers were particularly affected. Based on the evaluation of the support measures put in place, it can be concluded that the support measures put in place were effective in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. |
