| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace příčin významných příjmových nerovností v Kolumbii daných historickým a ekonomickým vývojem. K dosažení stanoveného cíle je využito především metody deskripce a historicko-logické metody. První kapitola se zabývá obecnými východisky, která jsou nutná pro pochopení problematiky nerovností. Definuje odlišné druhy nerovností a určuje vztahy mezi nimi. Identifikuje možné ekonomické, sociální a institucionální determinanty příjmové nerovnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá již samotným mapováním příčin příjmových nerovností v Kolumbii. Historie je sledována od předkoloniální éry a po konec 20. století. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to identify the causes of the significant income inequalities in Colombia due to historical and economic development. In order to achieve the stated objective, mainly the descriptive and historical-logical methods will be used. The first chapter deals with the general background necessary to understand the issue of inequality. It defines the different types of inequalities and identifies the relationships between them. It identifies the possible economic, social and institutional determinants of income inequality. The second chapter deals with the actual mapping of the causes of income inequality in Colombia. The history is traced from the pre-colonial era to the end of the 20th century. |
