| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dva státy – Švédsko a Bangladéš. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká integrační opatření lze přenést ze Švédska do Bangladéše, a to vše na základě kulturního hlediska. V teoretické části jsou zmíněná doporučení na integraci z vědeckých článků a také kultura dle Gerta Hofstedeho. V praktické části dochází k aplikaci teoretického východiska a k analýze obou států. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on two countries – Sweden and Bangladesh. The aim is to find out which Swedish integration instruments could be applied in Bangladesh, that all from a cultural perspective. The theoretical part describes existing recommendations on integration and theory of Gert Hofstede on cultural dimensions. The empirical part analyses the two mentioned countries. |
