| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením hlavních problémů terciárního vzdělávání na Ukrajině. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části – obecná východiska a analytickou část. Obecná východiska přitom slouží jako pomyslný „odrazový můstek“ pro vlastní analýzu Ukrajiny. Vysoké školství na Ukrajině vykazuje řadu specifik. Jako první lze uvést jakousi „masifikaci“ terciárního vzdělávání. Kvalita vzdělávání je nízká, profil absolventů, jak naznačila analýza, nekoresponduje s požadavky trhu práce. Korupce je v ukrajinském systému tak etablovaná, že se stala normou, a většina studentů se jí během studia ani nemá šanci vyhnout. Konečně, nelze nezmínit vliv ruské invaze na Ukrajinu, která v řadě aspektů rozvrátila fungování země. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the main problems of tertiary education in Ukraine. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - general principles and analytical part. At the same time, the general principle part serves as an imaginary "springboard" for own analysis regarding Ukraine. Higher education in Ukraine has a number of specifics. The first is the "massification" of tertiary education. The quality of education is low, the profile of graduates, as the analysis indicated, does not correspond to the requirements of the labor market. Corruption is so established in the Ukrainian system that it has become the norm, and most students do not even have a chance to avoid it during their studies. Finally, we cannot fail to mention the impact of the Russian invasion on Ukraine, which in many ways disrupted the country's functioning. |
