| Abstract: | Elektromobilita v posledních létech získává na důležitosti jakožto jeden z nástrojů ke snížení skleníkových plynů v atmosféře a tím podpoření procesu ozdravení naší planety. Tato diplomová práce, v kontextu PEST analýzy, se za-obírá zmapováním politického a právního prostředí s cílem identifikovat, zdali stávající vládní podpory elektromobility v evropských státech jsou dostatečné k dosažení stanoveného cíle, a to snížení emisí z automobilového průmyslu o 40%. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na detailní revizi spektra podpor ve vybraných evropských zemích. Tyto získané informace analyzuje a následně nabízí ideální a ověřený mix stimulů, které mohou soužit jako kuchařka pro země s méně rozvinutým úsilím v této oblasti. Praktická část se zaobírá projek-cemi, zdali při stávajícím tempu adopce elektromobilů, Evropa dosáhne jedno-ho z kýžených cílů, to jest konverze 40% vozového parku na elektromobily do roku 2030. |

| Abstract: | In recent years, electromobility has gained in importance as one of the tools to reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and thus support the process of healing our planet. This thesis, in the context of PEST analysis, deals with mapping the political and legal environment in order to identify whether the current government support for electromobility in European countries is sufficient to achieve the goal of reducing emissions from the automotive industry by 40%. The theoretical part focuses on a detailed review of the range of support in selected European countries. It analyzes this information and then offers an ideal and proven mix of incentives that can serve as a guidebook for countries with less developed efforts in this area. The practical part deals with projections whether, at the current pace of adoption of electric cars, Europe will achieve one of the desired goals, i.e. the conversion of 40% of the vehicle fleet into electric cars by 2030. |
