| Abstract: | Tato práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit soudní a vybraný mimosoudní způsob řešení sporu v obchodním styku v rámci České republiky, jmenovitě rozhodčí řízení a posoudit jejich výhody a nevýhody na základě specifických vlastností, kterými se tyto metody řešení sporu odlišují. Nastíněny budou i možnosti, které jsou poskytnuty výhradně podnikatelům, díky kterým se tyto odlišnosti nivelizují. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the judicial and selected alternative dispute resolution method, namely arbitration, in Czech republic and to assess their advantages and disadvantages based on specific characteristics that distinguish these methods of dispute resolution. Options that are provided exclusively to entrepreneurs will be outlined, thanks to which these differences are leveled. |
