| Abstract: | Profesionální a dobrovolní hasiči jsou neodmyslitelnou součástí celé naší společnosti. Jdou i do míst odkud ostatní utíkají a pomáhají zachraňovat nejen lidské životy. Bez nich bychom nemohli fungovat. Je tedy důležité, aby byli správně motivováni k výkonu jejich činností. Cílem práce je nalézt determinanty motivace u obou skupin hasičů a diskutovat jejich rozdílnosti či podobnosti. V rámci výzkumu bylo provedeno 24 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty z obou skupin hasičů. Každému respondentovi bylo položeno 12 stejných otázek. Nahrané rozhovory byly následně přepsány a zpracovány pomocí otevřeného kódování. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že je motivace obou skupin hasičů velmi podobná. Prvotní motivací pro všechny je pomáhat druhým a jsou pro ně také důležité sociální důvody a podpora. Rozdílem však je finanční motivace profesionálních hasičů, která se těm dobrovolným nedostává a je tedy potřeba motivovat je o to více uznáním, či poděkováním za jejich vykonanou práci. Výstupem této práce je navržený systém motivace pro obě složky záchranného systému s ohledem na činnosti, které vykonávají. |

| Abstract: | Professional and volunteer firefighters are essential part of our whole society. They willingly go to places other people are running away from and help save lives of humans and many others. Without them we could not function. It is therefore important that they are properly motivated to perform they duty. The intention of this work is to find determinants of motivation in both groups of firefighters and discuss their differences and similarities. Within the frame of this research were done 24 semistructured interviews with respondents from both groups. Every respondent was asked the same 12 questions. Recorded interviews were then transcribed and processed with the use of open coding. Results of research have shown that motivations in both kinds of firefighters are similar. The main motivation for all is to help others, also social reasons and support. The difference is financial payment of professional firefighters which the volunteers don't have and it is necessary to motivate them with appreciation and acknowledgement for their work. The output of this work is an outlined system of motivation for units of emergency system with regards to the function they perform. |
