| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem cen bytů ve vybraných krajích České republiky nejdříve pomocí makroekonomických ukazatelů a poté pomocí regionálních ukazatelů. Cílem práce je analyzovat vztah mezi vybranými makroekonomickými a regionálními ukazateli a dílčím cílem práce je zhodnotit investiční možnosti do bytů ve vybraných krajích. K naplnění práce jsou nejdříve analyzovány korelace vybraných ukazatelů s vývojem cen bytů, poté je použit model lineární regrese. Dílčí cíl je naplněn výpočtem zhodnocení bytů a následném srovnáním s alternativními možnostmi investování. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je vyjádření vztahu mezi vybranými ukazateli a analýza investičních možností. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the development of housing prices in selected regions of the Czech republic, using both macroeconomics indicators and regional indicators. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the relationship between selected macroeconomic and regional indicators and a sub-objective of the thesis is to evaluate the investment opportunities in flats in selected regions. To complete the thesis, first the correlations of selected indicators with the development of housing prices are analyzed, then a linear regression model is used. The sub-objective is fulfilled by calculating the valuation of flats and then comparing the result with different investment options. The result of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the relationship between the selected indicators and an analysis of the investment options. |
