| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá etikou a etickými kodexy. V teoretické části je tedy zpracována literární rešerše, která přibližuje témata etiky, morálky, podnikové etiky a etických kodexů. Hlavním cílem této práce, který je zpracován v praktické části, je revize etického kodexu v podniku, který už etický kodex zavedený má. V rámci revize jsou do kodexu zapracovány i připomínky a postřehy zaměstnanců, kteří jsou v tomto podniku zaměstnáni. Jako podklad pro revizi etického kodexu je využito dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty byli právě zaměstnanci daného podniku. Přínos této bakalářské práce je, že etický kodex bude pro podnik využitelný v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with ethics and codes of ethics. In the theoretical part, there is a literary search, which introduces the topics of ethics, morality, corporate ethics and codes of ethics. The main goal of this work, which is elaborated in the practical part, is the revision of the code of ethics in a company that already has a code of ethics in place. As part of the revision, the code also includes comments and observations of employees who are employed in this company. As a basis for the revision of the code of ethics, a questionnaire survey is used, the respondents of which were employees of the company. The benefit of this bachelor's thesis is that the code of ethics will be usable for the company in practice. |
