| Abstract: | V diplomové práci se zkoumá problematika digitalizace v bankovním sektoru. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují zaměstnance při servisu a prodeji v digitálním bankovnictví. Zároveň je v práci kladen cíl stanovit doporučení, které povedou k lepšímu přijetí digitální obsluhy ze strany zaměstnanců. Teoretická část diplomové práce zahrnuje digitalizaci, personální management a psychologické aspekty práce. Aplikační část je věnována zkoumanému problému digitalizace v bankovnictví v Komerční bance, a to prostřednictvím dotazníku, který byl předán zaměstnancům této banky. Dále je v aplikační části obsaženo vyhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření prostřednictvím statistického zpracování odpovědí. Závěr je věnován interpretaci dosažených výsledků a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis examines the issue of digitization in the banking sector. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what factors influence employees in service and sales in digital banking. At the same time, the work aims to set recommendations that will lead to better acceptance of digital services by employees. The theoretical part of the thesis includes digitization, personnel management and psychological aspects of the work. The application part is devoted to the researched problem of digitization in banking at Komerční banka, through a questionnaire, which was handed over to the employees of this bank. Furthermore, the application part contains the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey through statistical processing of answers. The conclusion is devoted to the interpretation of the achieved results and recommendations. |
