| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce řeší implementaci compliance programů u vybraných společností. Cílem je posoudit, zda je dobré a z jakých důvodů mít ve společnosti zabudovaný compliance systém a jakým způsobem může být compliance v obchodních korporacích efektivní. Výzkum, kde výzkumným vzorkem je společnost z energetického a finančního sektoru je proveden pomocí kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod. V závěru jsou formulovány konkrétní doporučení a kroky, které vedou k lepší efektivitě compliance systému u těchto společností. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of compliance programs in selected companies. The aim is to assess whether it is good and for what reasons to have in society built-in compliance system and how compliance can be effective in business corporations. Research where the research sample is society from the energy and financial sector is carried out using qualitative and quantitative methods. In the end, specific recommendations and steps are formulated that lead to better efficiency of the compliance system for these companies. |
