| Abstract: | Vzhledem k technologickému posunu společnosti dochází také k částečnému přesunu zločinu do kyberprostoru. Pro řešení a vyšetřování těchto kyberzločinů existují digitální forenzní laboratoře. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technickými, procesními a personálními potřebami pro digitální forenzní laboratoře. Cílem práce bylo porovnat relevantní předem vybrané normy a doporučení od organizací ISO, ENISA a NIST, jejichž extraktem a porovnáním došlo k vytvoření kategorizovaného seznamu doporučení pro digitální forenzní laboratoře. Ověření identifikovaných doporučení proběhlo porovnáním s návody a doporučeními od Interpolu a SWGDE. |

| Abstract: | Due to the technological shift in society, there is also a partial shift of crimes to cyberspace. Digital forensic laboratories exist to solve and investigate these cybercrimes. This thesis identifies the technical, procedural and personnel needs for digital forensic laboratories. The aim of the thesis was to compare several relevant pre-selected standards and recommendations from ISO, ENISA and NIST, which were extracted and compared to create a categorized list of recommendations for digital forensic labs. The validation of the identified recommendations was done by comparing them with guidelines and recommendations from Interpol and SWGDE. |
