| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je pomocí aplikace metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant nalézt optimální servisní a manažerské vozidlo dle požadavků členů společnosti Oxytec s.r.o. a současně tím sestavit metodickou příručku pro hledání optimální varianty těchto vozů. V práci je nejprve přehled jednotlivých metod, které jsou využity pro analýzu. Dále obsahuje stručný výčet pohonů, které jsou analyzovány. K analýze jsou využity metody pracující s kardinální informací a to TOPSIS (minimální vzdálenost od ideální varianty), WSA (maximalizace užitku) a PROMETHEEE (preferenční relace). Na konci je nalezena optimální varianta obou vozů a provedena citlivostní analýza vlivu týdenního nájezdu na týdenní náklady a analýzu vlivu ceny pohonných hmot na výsledek analýzy |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to find the optimal management and service vehicles according to the requirements of the members of Oxytec s.r.o. by applying the multiple-criteria decision making. At the same time, it tries to compile a methodological manual for finding the optimal variant of these cars. The thesis first provides an overview of individual methods used for the analysis. It also contains a brief list of propulsions that are analyzed. Methods working with cardinal information are used for the analysis, namely TOPSIS, WSA and PROMETHEEE. In the end, the optimal variant for both cars is found. Subsequently, a sensitivity analysis of the effect of the weekly mileage on weekly costs is performed. Lastly, the study of the impact of fuel prices on the results is presented. |
