| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozhodovací proces ve firmě. Konkrétně se jedná o rozhodovací proces při výběru zaměstnance k nově pořízenému stroji. Cílem práce je zhodnocení rozhodovacího procesu firmy a jeho porovnání s mnou navrženým rozhodovacím procesem. Ke zjištění kompetencí zaměstnanců bude vytvořen dotazník. Tyto kompetence budou následně porovnány s kompetencemi, které jsou na danou pozici požadovány. V práci budou dále popsány jednotlivé prvky rozhodovacího procesu. Výstupem práce bude informace pro firmu, zda na danou pozici vybrala nejvhodnějšího zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the decision-making process in the company. Specifically, this is a decision-making process when selecting an employee for a newly acquired machine. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the company's decision-making process and compare it with the decision-making process proposed by me. A questionnaire will be created to determine the competences of employees. These competencies will then be compared with the competencies required for the given position. The work will further describe the individual elements of the decision-making process. The output of the work will be information for the company as to whether it has selected the most suitable employee for the given position. |
