| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké cenné papíry v současnosti velké české společnosti vykazují ve svých účetních závěrkách a jakým způsobem tyto cenné papíry oceňují. Práce se touto problematikou zabývá nejprve obecně, a to z pohledu českých účetních předpisům a z pohledu mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví (IFRS). Následně práce seznamuje s výsledky analýzy. Informace potřebné pro provedení této analýzy jsou čerpány z individuálních účetních závěrek společností figurujících v žebříčku 100 nejvýznamnějších českých společností podle celkové tržeb za rok 2020 zveřejněném společností Czech Top 100. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what securities the large Czech companies currently report in their financial statements and how they value these securities. The thesis deals with this issue first in general, from the perspective of Czech accounting regulations and from the perspective of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Subsequently, the thesis presents the results of the analysis. Information needed to carry out this analysis are drawn from the individual financial statements of the companies listed in the ranking of the 100 most important Czech companies according to the total sales for the year 2020 published by the company Czech Top 100. |
