| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá skladovou logistikou fulfilmentového centra a návrhem optimalizačních opatření provozních činností. Cílem práce je identifikace problémů a úzkých míst v rámci dvou hodnotových toků vybrané společnosti poskytující logistický fulfillment pro e-commerce. Dále pak eliminace těchto problémů a nalezení způsobů optimalizace logistických procesů. Pro naplnění cíle byla využita metoda procesního zlepšování DMAIC a nástroje Lean managementu, spadající pod tuto metodu. Potřebná data k analýze byla získána formou procesního měření a pozorování v běžném provozu společnosti. V prvním hodnotovém řetězci byl zvolený návrh řešení zapracován do provozu společnosti a jeho implementace pomohla odstranit neefektivitu, která bránila společnosti plnit závazky vůči jejím odběratelům. V druhém hodnotovém řetězci bylo doporučeno řešení ve formě Warehouse Management Systému, jehož implementace by měla eliminovat úzká místa omezující společnost v úrovni poskytovaných služeb (service level) a v další expanzi. |

| Abstract: | This Master's thesis focuses on the warehouse logistics of a fulfillment center and the design of optimization measures for operational activities. The aim of this thesis is to identify problems and bottlenecks within the two value chains of a selected company which provides logistics fulfillment services for e-commerce. Furthermore, the goal is elimination of these problems and finding ways to optimize logistics processes. The DMAIC process improvement method and the Lean management tools falling under this method were used to fulfill the goal. The necessary data for the analysis was obtained in the form of process measurements and observations during regular operation of the company. In the first value chain, the chosen solution was incorporated into the company's operations and its implementation helped to eliminate the inefficiencies that prevented the company from fulfilling its obligations to its customers. In the second value chain, a solution in the form of a Warehouse Management System was introduced. Its implementation should eliminate bottlenecks limiting the company in the its provided service level and help further business expansion. |
