| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vymezit využití metody odhadu v účetnictví a poukázat na navazující dopady, především na výsledek hospodaření účetní jednotky. Teorie obsahuje oblasti, ve kterých se může tato metoda vyskytovat, včetně typizovaných příkladů z dané problematiky. Praktická část obsahuje vybrané komentované rozsudky Nejvyššího správního soudu zaměřené na využití metody odhadu v praxi. Celá práce obsahuje účetní a daňové dopady dle platné české legislativy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to define the use of the estimation method in accounting and to point out the related effects, especially on the economic result of the accounting unit. The theory contains areas where this method can occur, including standardized examples from the issue. The practical part contains selected and commented judgments of the Supreme Administrative Court focused on the use of the estimation method in practice. The whole work contains accounting and tax implications according to current Czech legislation. |
