| Abstract: | Cílem práce je sestavení modelu pro hodnocení urbanizovaného území z hlediska přítomnosti hodnot pro obyvatele. Teoretická část práce v úvodu vymezuje pojem území, představuje účel a uživatele města. Dále popisuje organizaci veřejné správy a územní samosprávy v České republice, nástroje územního plánování a představuje různé aspekty urbanizovaného prostředí, čímž je stanoven rámec pro využití vytvořené metodiky. Práce s odkazem na evropské urbanistické charty a výzkum sociologie měst také shrnuje přínosy navrhování měst s ohledem na člověka a představuje pojetí hodnot ve vazbě na území. V praktické části je sestavena metodika vyhodnocování a porovnávání území z pohledu obyvatel využívající metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení. Navržený postup je demonstrován na ilustrativní situaci vyhodnocení čtyř území z hlediska modelové skupiny obyvatel. V závěru práce shrnuje možné přínosy hodnotícího modelu včetně jeho nedostatků a prostoru pro budoucí rozpracování. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the master’s thesis is to create a model for the evaluation of urbanized areas in terms of the presence of values for residents. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of an urban area, its purpose, and users of the city. Then describes the organization of public administration in the Czech Republic, the tools of spatial planning, and various aspects of the urban areas, thus setting the framework for the use of the methodology. With reference to European urban charters and research on the sociology of cities, the work also summarises the benefits of designing cities for people and introduces the concept of values in relation to urban areas. In the practical part, a methodology for evaluating and comparing areas from the perspective of inhabitants is compiled using multi-criteria evaluation methods. The proposed procedure is demonstrated by means of an illustrative situation of the evaluation of four territories for a model group of inhabitants. The paper concludes by summarizing the potential benefits of the evaluation model, including its shortcomings and scope for future elaboration. |
