| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegální činnosti v bankovní sféře a to konkrétně insider tradingem a praním špinavých peněz. První část je zaměřena především na teoretické vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů. V té další se věnuje regulaci, dohledu a prevenci před praktikami vybraných podvodů. Cílem je porovnání těchto problematik v České republice s dalšími dvěma zeměmi a to Itálií a Spojenými státy americkými. Tato analýza je sestavena na základě dat, která jsou veřejně dostupná. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of illegal activities in the banking sphere, specifically insider trading and money laundering. The first part focuses mainly on the theoretical explanation of individual concepts, in the next part it deals with regulation, supervision and prevention of the practices of selected fraud. The aim is to compare these issues in the Czech Republic with two other countries, namely Italy and the United States of America. This analysis is based on data that are publicly available. |
