| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu formy vlastnictví na vývoj hospodaření Budějovického Budvaru, n. p., a to konkrétně meziročním srovnáním výkonnosti ekonomických ukazatelů v časovém intervalu od roku 1995 do roku 2020. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě dohledané odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů a vymezuje základní pojmy vztahující se k problematice. Těmi jsou státní podnik, národní podnik, ochranné známky a hospodaření podniku. Představuje také dotčené ekonomické teorie, konkrétně teorii trhu, konkurenceschopnosti, vlastnických práv a firmy. V praktické části práce je pomocí literární rešerše zmapován historický vývoj pivovarnictví v Českých Budějovicích s důrazem na Budějovický Budvar, n. p. Přínosem práce je nejen zpracování finanční analýzy podniku, která potvrzuje hypotézu, že i dobře řízený podnik ve vlastnictví státu je schopen obstát v silné konkurenci tradičního vyspělého odvětví v České republice i na zahraničních trzích, ale také přehled známkoprávních sporů od roku 1996 do roku 2019, které Budějovický Budvar, n. p., vede s Anheuser-Busch InBev. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of the form of ownership on the development of Budějovický Budvar, n. p., namely by comparing the year-to-year performance of economic indicators in the time interval from 1995 to 2020. The theoretical part is based on the literature and other sources and defines the basic concepts related to the issue. These are State Enterprise, National Corporation, Trademarks and Enterprise Management. It also introduces the economic theories involved, namely market, competition, property rights and firm theories. In the practical part of the thesis, the historical development of the brewing industry in České Budějovice is mapped through a literature search, with an emphasis on Budějovický Budvar, n. p. The contribution is not only the elaboration of a financial analysis of the company, which confirms the hypothesis that even a well-managed state-owned enterprise is able to withstand strong competition from the traditional advanced industry in the Czech Republic and on foreign markets, but also an overview of trademark disputes from 1996 to 2019, which Budějovický Budvar, n. p. is conducting with Anheuser-Busch InBev. |
