| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem zaměstnanosti v oboru letectví v letech 2015 až 2021 vlivem covidu – 19. V teoretické části je popsán trh práce a pohled ekonomických škol na tento specifický trh. Charakterizována je ekonomická a koronavirová krize. V praktické části je analyzován vývoj zaměstnanosti, průměrných hrubých měsíčních mezd a tržeb v letech 2015 až 2021 a jak tento vývoj zasáhla pandemie covid – 19. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, jak se vyvíjel počet zaměstnanců v odvětví osobní letecké dopravy od roku 2015 do roku 2021. Je provedena analýza vývoje průměrných mezd u konkrétních společností a ukázán je také vývoj tržeb. Práce se poté konkrétně zaměří na dopad covidu 19 na vybrané letecké podniky a jaké byly jejich reakce na markantní snížení leteckého provozu. Analyzovány jsou v práci také vládní podpory, které pomohly vybraným leteckým podnikům snižovat své náklady v době, kdy jejich tržby byly negativně ovlivněné šířením koronaviru SARS-CoV-2. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the development of employment in the aviation industry between 2015 and 2021, as impacted by covid-19. The theoretical part describes the labour market and the views of economic schools on this specific market. The economic and the coronavirus crises are characterized. In the practical part, the development of employment, average gross monthly wages and sales between 2015 and 2021 and how this development is affected by the pandemic covid-19 is analysed. The aim of this work is to analyse how the numbers of employees in the commercial aviation industry have developed from 2015 to 2021. The development of average wages for specified airline companies is analysed and the development of sales is also shown. The thesis will then specifically look at the impact of covid-19 on selected airline companies and how they reacted to the pronounced reduction in air traffic. The thesis also analyses the government support that helped the selected airlines to reduce their costs at a time when their revenues were negatively affected by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. |
