| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o rodinných dávkách v České republice a Francii, konkrétně se zaměřuje na jejich analýzu a komparaci v letech 2008–2021. Popisuje a hodnotí odlišnosti v systému rodinných dávek ve vybraných zemích a porovnává výdaje na ně, a to z hlediska procentuálního podílu na HDP a sociálním zabezpečení jako celku. Po stručném shrnutí se dále zabývá detailnější analýzou třech vybraných dávek, jejichž výdajové stránky mapuje a komparuje mezi sebou. Určuje podíl porodného, rodičovského příspěvku a přídavku na dítě na celkovém objemu finanční podpory, cílené na rodiny s dětmi v rámci sociálního zabezpečení. Práce i přes to, že Francie vykazuje mnohem vyšší podíl výdajů sociálního zabezpečení na hrubém domácím produktu, dochází k závěru, že systém rodinných dávek ve Francii není o tolik štědřejší než český. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis discusses family benefits of the Czech Republic and France, specifically focusing on their analysis and comparison between years 2008–2021. It describes and evaluates the differences in the family benefit system in selected countries and compares the expenditure on them as a percentage of GDP and social security policy as a whole. After a brief summary, it deals with a more detailed analysis of three selected benefitcs, which are being mapped and compared. It determines the share of the birth grant, the parental allowance and the parental leave benefit in the total volume of financial support targeted at families with children within the framework of social security policies. Despite the fact that France shows a much bigger share of social security spending on gross domestic product, the thesis concludes that the system of family benefits in France is not much more generous than the Czech one. |
